Report a Problem With a Template

If something on one of our templates is wrong, we want to know. A button with the wrong picture on it, or one that says the wrong thing, is a word your child cannot use — so these reports get fixed and re-uploaded, usually the same week.

You do not need to know what caused it. “The bear button says the wrong name” is a perfect report. Tell us the template, the board, and roughly what the button looks like or says.

What happens next

Every report is checked against the actual template file, not just the description — we open the file and look at the button you named. If it is a defect we fix it, re-upload the template, and the download on its library page updates. If the button is working as intended we will email you and explain what it is for, because sometimes a symbol is right but not obvious.
