New free TouchChat template: Panda Express Menu
One TouchChat board for ordering at Panda Express: bowl, plate or bigger plate, five favorite entrees, three sides, egg rolls and rangoons, drinks, and the words for placing the order yourself.
Panda Express is ordered along a serving line, one choice at a time: the size, then the side, then the entrees, pointing at the trays as you go. This board follows that line, so a child can make every choice without an adult speaking for them.
First bowl, plate or bigger plate, drawn as one set so the pictures differ only by how many entrees sit beside the rice. Then chow mein, fried rice, white rice or half and half. Then five entrees: orange chicken, Beijing beef, broccoli beef, kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. This one is there for pointing at the tray, and spicy for asking before you choose.
It pairs with our McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, Burger King, Raising Cane’s and Whataburger menu boards, which use the same pictures for the same words.
What’s on the pages
- Panda Express Menu: One board — bowl, plate, bigger plate, half and half, spicy; orange chicken, Beijing beef, broccoli beef, kung pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp; chow mein, fried rice, white rice; egg roll, cream cheese rangoon, kids meal; soda, lemonade, water, fortune cookie; soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, chopsticks, napkin, drive-thru; this one, for here, to go, please, thank you.
It is built for WordPower 60 on TouchChat. That is the one thing worth checking before you download: a page laid out for one grid size will not fit another. In TouchChat you can see which vocabulary is in use under Menu → Vocab → Choose Vocab.
It is free, like everything in our library. Get the Panda Express Menu template for TouchChat, or browse the whole free library.
