New free TouchChat template: Big Time Rush

Two linked TouchChat boards for talking about Big Time Rush — the Nickelodeon show, with its cast, places and catchphrases, and a Songs board with the band’s albums and best-known songs. Built on the WordPower 108 grid.

Big Time Rush is a show about four friends from Minnesota trying to make it in Hollywood, and nearly every episode turns on a feeling: nervous before an audition, embarrassed in front of a crush, proud after a show. So the show board pairs the cast with those feelings, and with the words a fan uses to talk about it with friends: who is your favorite, let’s watch, what happens next, I love this show.

The cast are photos from the show, so Kendall, James, Carlos, Logan, Katie, Gustavo, Kelly and the Palm Woods crowd are recognized at a glance. The catchphrases are there too: Big time, oh no, and Gustavo’s dogs.

The Songs board has the four albums and the songs from Boyfriend and Worldwide to the reunion singles, beside the words for listening together: I want to hear, play it again, turn it up, I like this song.
